Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
This policy applies to all Pentaprisma workshops and one-to-one sessions.
1. Cancellation by the participant
One-to-one session (3 hours) and One-to-one intensive (full day)
Cancellation 21 days or more before the scheduled date: full refund.
Cancellation 8 to 20 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund.
Cancellation 7 days or less before the scheduled date: non-refundable.
Rescheduling is possible once, subject to availability, if requested at least 8 days before the scheduled date.
If the participant does not attend the session without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable.
Small group workshops
Cancellation 21 days or more before the workshop date: full refund.
Cancellation 8 to 20 days before the workshop date: 50% refund.
Cancellation 7 days or less before the workshop date: non-refundable.
If a participant cannot attend, the place may be transferred to another person, provided this is communicated in advance.
2. Minimum number of participants (small group workshops)
Small group workshops require a minimum of 3 participants.
If the minimum number is not reached, the workshop may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
In this case, participants will receive:
a full refund, or
the option to transfer their booking to a future date.
3. Cancellation or rescheduling by Pentaprisma
Pentaprisma reserves the right to reschedule a session or workshop in case of:
unforeseen personal circumstances,
force majeure,
weather conditions that make the session impractical or significantly limit the learning experience (for example, heavy rain).
In such cases, participants will be offered:
a new date, or
a full refund.
No additional compensation (travel, accommodation, etc.) is provided.
4. Weather conditions
Workshops take place outdoors and light rain does not automatically imply cancellation.
However, if weather conditions substantially limit the quality of the learning experience, the session may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.
